Try our Red Lentil Penne recipe with gorgonzola, balsamic vinegar and onion broth. This surprisingly flavored dish is ideal for enticing your guests.
Ingredients:
– 250 g package of organic and gluten free red lentil penne Pasta Natura
– 2 white onions
– 100 g of sweet gorgonzola
– 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of raw cane sugar
– vegetable broth
– extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and Pepper
– fresh mint.
Method:
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the finely chopped onions, cook for a few minutes, then add a ladle of vegetable broth and a few mint leaves, and cook until soft. Add the lentil penne and cook them gradually adding the vegetable broth. Continue cooking for about 4 minutes, turn off the heat, finish with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oil and mix everything gently. Transfer the penne to each plate along with the onions and their broth. Ultimate with diced gorgonzola, a round of balsamic vinegar and some mint leaves.
