ORGANIC FUSILLI MULTI LEGUMES WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND CHESTNUTS

Autumn is here and that is why we have added this easy recipe prepared with chestnuts and mushrooms, ingredients so typical of this season of the year. Here we leave you the recipe, try to make it and tell us what you think! Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

250 gr of organic fusilli multi-legumes

200 gr Chestnuts

250 gr Porcini mushrooms

Garlic

Extra virgin olive oil and

salt

For 200 g of blond roux: 110 g of flour and 90 g of butter

Method:

Prepare the blond roux: Melt the butter in a saucepan without letting it brown, stirring with a wooden spoon and add the flour in one go. Mix it with the butter and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes until it has reached a light blond color. In a pan, sauté garlic and oil and add the mushrooms cut into small pieces. Add blond roux. Roast the chestnuts and add them after cooking. Cook the multi-legumes fusilli and sauté them in a pan together with the prepared mixture. Easy as that! Enjoy! 🙂
