I forgot my password what do I do?

How can I know the delivery time of my order?

Is the order confirmation email the same as the purchase invoice?

No, the order confirmation email is proof that we are working on your order. You can download your invoice by logging in to “My Account”. If you are not registered, we will send you an email with the attached invoice. 

If I made a mistake in the order and I already made the payment, what should I do?

In the event that you have been confused by a product of the same amount, contact us as soon as possible to proceed, in case the shipment has not been made, to the modification of the order. If the order has already left our warehouse we cannot make any changes.
