Pasta Natura has brought its organic and gluten free hemp fusilli to the mass market, so that in all homes it is now possible to serve a good first course of organic origin, nutritious and gluten-free hemp pasta. The good of pasta with hemp flour
 Thinking about hemp, the first thing that will come to your mind will not be pasta, at least until you have tasted pasta with hemp flour from Pasta natura, afterwards everything will change. We only choose organic flours, this is our advantage. The processing of the pasta is traditional: slow and low temperature drying and bronze drawing, good pasta is thus produced. Hemp flour does not contain gluten, we do not add other ingredients to the pasta.

With this Hemp flour Pasta you can make a new and tasty recipe every day.  This fusilli made with hemp flour  go perfectly with a dressing based on courgette. Brown the garlic in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then add the courgettes, cherry tomatoes and courgette flowers ( in this order) . It takes 4 minutes on a moderate flame to cook. To this preparation is added the pasta and a ladle of its cooking water. Calculate the times if you want it to be al dente, because in the pan it has to jump for a couple of minutes. At the end of cooking, when cold, the pasta is garnished with other courgette flowers, bottarga fillets and chives. This dish made with hemp fusilli satisfies even the most demanding guests.
